On larger projects, our Red Shelter System assigns a dedicated project manager to keep you updated from start to finish. After the job, our own repair and maintenance crew takes care of warranty work.

Many Yukon homes were built between the 1970s and the 1990s, and the typical home in Von Elm dates to 1984.
Any original siding on a home that age is 30 years old or more, old enough to fade and crack. Windows and exterior doors from the same era have had just as long to wear out.

We do both. If the damage is limited to a few panels or one side of the house, a repair often takes care of it. If most of the siding is faded, brittle, or damaged, replacement is the better call. We’ll look at the house in person and tell you which one you have.
