The Home Treatment Plan
Every job starts with a walk-around of the whole house
Most people call us with one thing on their mind. Whether that’s a few shingles gone after a hailstorm, siding that's started to buckle, or windows that bring a breeze of their own into the rooms.
When our account manager comes out, they'll start by asking what's going on and what's worrying you, then take a close look at whatever brought us there. First and foremost, we want to ensure we solve your problem.
From there, they’ll walk the rest of the house. Why? Because after 27 years serving Oklahoma, we've learned the roof, the siding, and the attic are all doing their jobs together, and trouble in one usually turns up in another before long.
What we look at
During the walkthrough, our team will perform an exterior evaluation of the home, including roofing, siding, windows, and other visible exterior components. We’ll check the condition and health of the attic space*, too. We check for any damage, deterioration, maintenance concerns, or potential issues that may be causing other problems.
Roofing
Siding
Windows
Attic
The attic is the part most companies don’t investigate, and it matters more than people expect. When the intake and exhaust vents are out of balance, heat and moisture get trapped under the roof deck. The shingles lose their granules faster, the attic holds humidity it shouldn't, and your air conditioner works harder all summer trying to keep up. It’s a simple check that can save you time and stress in the future.
You get the whole home treatment plan in writing
After the visit, we send you your Home Treatment Plan for reference. It gives you our evaluation of the exterior of your home, any areas that look great, and any that might need some attention.
The plan also includes our recommendations for what you should take care of now and what can wait for the future, fully tailored to your timing and budget.
The thing you called about might turn out to be fine for now, while something else on the plan needs attention sooner.
Regardless, we will make recommendations based on the condition of your home to give you the best plan of attack for the future.
Thinking about selling your home? This plan gives you time to prepare.
The plan hands you the same list a buyer's inspector is going to find, except you're seeing it months ahead of them. You can handle the real issues on your own schedule, price out the rest, and get through the sale without anything jumping out of the inspection report at the last minute.
One team, one plan
If you have an exterior home problem, give us a call. We’ll take a look at all of it and leave you with a plan for your entire home’s condition.
